Your monthly report

On the first of the month you get one page: calls, forms, where visitors came from, and what we changed. If a number went down, the report says so and why.

  • It's written in plain language, like “Eleven people tapped your phone number,” instead of a chart to decode.
  • It ends with one recommendation for next month, with a price if it's something we'd do.
  • Every number comes from your own Google and website data.
Monthly report Example
Phone taps 31 Up from 24
Form requests 9 Up from 6
Map views 418 Down from 460

What changed: we added a winterization page and fixed Sunday hours on Google. Why map views dipped: the season is winding down, which happens every September. Next month: add a furnace tune-up page before the first cold snap.

Common questions

How much does a small business website cost in Port Clinton?

A new Webify site typically starts at $2,500 for up to six pages. Website plans run $50 to $149 a month. Stores, booking, and extra pages add to that. If you only need the basics, a one-page starter site is $850. The estimator on our pricing page gives you a working number in about a minute. Your proposal confirms it in writing.

What's the free Local Snapshot?

A short written report on four things that decide whether nearby customers find you: phone speed, your Google profile, whether AI assistants mention you, and basics like page titles and a matching address. It arrives within one business day.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Port Clinton and work with businesses across Ottawa, Erie, and Sandusky counties and the rest of Northwest Ohio. That includes Catawba Island, Marblehead, Lakeside, Oak Harbor, Sandusky, Fremont, and Huron.

Do I need a website if I have Facebook?

Not always. Plenty of customers find a business from its Google profile alone, and we'll tell you if that's enough for you. A website helps when people compare you with competitors, when you want Google and AI assistants to describe you correctly, and when Facebook changes who sees your posts. It's also the one place online that doesn't depend on a social media company's rules. If your Facebook account is hacked, locked, or suspended, your business page can go with it, and getting it back is up to Facebook. A website keeps your hours, services, and contact details online no matter what happens there. If you'd like to start small, a one-page starter site is $850.

What if I decide to move on later?

We'll work with you. Your site is built and hosted on our platform so moving it means setting it up somewhere new. We'll hand over as much as we can (content, images, and form data) to make that easier, and if we manage your domain, we'll transfer it to you.
